A wall dial in a corner niche.

It bears the initials WM (William, Earl of Morton), AM (Anne, Countess of Morton) and the date 1635. The castle was built by William from 1606 to 1635.

At Aberdour Castle there is also a wonderful horizontal dial and a dignified facetted dial.

	Classified by Somerville as a miscellaneous but included by me under attached. The castle is now in the care of Historic Scotland which means that the dials are easy to visit.
