A cube dial with chamfered edges and a ball dial finial.

Originally it came from (old) Kirkforthar House with another dial which has now returned to (new) Kirkforthar House.

Balbirnie Park was the headquarters of Glenrothes Development Corporation when Somerville visited but may now be a luxury hotel - I will have to find out by visiting.
